1. Publisher and scope

Donado's Drywall & Home Remodeling LLC, using the Google Play developer name Donado's Drywall, is the legal publisher of Lily Leap Lab (com.lilyleaplab.game). Our address is 3801 US Highway 17 Ste 5001103, Richmond Hill, GA 31324-8875, United States. We are the controller for personal information we receive when handling app-support messages, privacy requests and operation of this publisher website.

This policy applies specifically to Lily Leap Lab. Its public address is donadosdrywallhomeremodeling.casa/privacy-policy. This policy covers the game, this publisher website (including its game gallery and world descriptions), and related privacy and support communications. Other apps have their own privacy information.

2. Information involved

Gameplay takes place on your device. The game does not send your saves, leaps and aiming actions, progress or preferences to us or to an online gameplay service. It does not ask you to submit a name, email address, phone number, login, date of birth or player profile.

Aim direction, power, flight simulation and landing results are processed on-device while you play. The game does not access your contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera, location, advertising identifier or payment details. Google Play, your operating system and device providers may independently handle installation, security or platform diagnostics under their own policies; the game contains no remote analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Local game records provide the offline gameplay, rewards and sound settings you request. Information voluntarily sent to us is used to answer enquiries, investigate a reported issue, respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical website information is used to deliver this policy, diagnose faults and protect the hosting service.

Where European or UK data-protection law applies to information we receive, relevant legal bases include our legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining a secure service, performance of a requested service where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. If a specific activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. A support enquiry does not authorize unrelated marketing.

4. Permissions and game audio

The current Android app requests no Android permissions, including Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone, shared-storage or vibration access. Built-in music and recorded pond effects play from bundled files. Sounds settings offer music/effects volume, a mute control and soundtrack selection; these do not record microphone input.

Gameplay has no online dependency, account system or telemetry. Audio playback does not record your microphone or surrounding sound.

Opening this web policy in a browser is separate from offline gameplay. Contacting us involves the selected email, browser or phone provider and its own practices.

5. Local storage and backup

Progress and audio preferences are saved in local WebView storage (localStorage) within the Android app’s device storage. Lives and pending-attempt records preserve game rules between retries and visits; they are not sent to us. The game does not operate a developer cloud-save or synchronization service. Local game storage is used for continuity, rather than advertising or cross-app tracking.

Android cloud backup is disabled in the current app configuration. We do not operate a game cloud-save, backup or device-transfer service. Independent device migration or browser tools may keep separate copies under your settings. We cannot remotely retrieve game records never sent to us.

This publisher website, including its game gallery and world descriptions, uses no advertising or analytics scripts, tracking pixels, tracking cookies or visitor accounts. The world selector works locally in your browser. Website request logs and any messages you voluntarily send are separate from game saves.

6. Advertising, accounts, analytics and purchases

Lily Leap Lab has no advertising or advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, remote crash-reporting SDKs, player accounts, social login, online leaderboards or real-money in-app purchases. Game coins are provided in-game or earned by playing. Spending them on hints, extra in-game lives or cosmetic frogs does not involve real money, payment-card information or a payment account.

The game does not sell personal and sensitive app user data, share gameplay records for targeted advertising or build advertising profiles. There is no player account to register or close. The deletion options below address local saves and information you separately send us.

7. Providers, recipients and disclosures

The game assets and audio run locally. This policy is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure, and the published support address uses Google’s Gmail service. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to provide those services. See OVHcloud’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information.

Support information is made available only as needed to handle a request and administer the service. We may disclose limited information we actually hold when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims or to protect against abuse. If information is transferred as part of a business reorganization, applicable protections and notice requirements continue to apply.

These disclosures do not give providers access to local gameplay information that the game has not transmitted.

8. International processing

Email, hosting, app-store and device services may process information outside your country. Where restrictions on international transfers apply to information we control, an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism is required. Contact us for information relevant to your communication or request.

9. How long information is kept

• Local game records: remain on your device until removed through app-storage controls, uninstallation or another device action. Separate migration or backup copies, if any, are controlled through the relevant device/provider tools.
• Support and privacy correspondence: is retained for the time needed to answer the request and handle related follow-up, then removed when no longer needed, subject to limited legal, dispute or security-related retention.
• Website request logs: are kept for operational and security purposes and removed when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements or preservation for a specific security incident or claim.

10. Deletion and your controls

To request deletion of support correspondence or other personal information we hold, email thomashadai538@gmail.com with the subject “Lily Leap Lab privacy and deletion request”. Identify the app and the messages or contact address involved. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and explain any lawful retention exception. We cannot remotely erase device-only game saves. Contact the relevant provider separately about information or backup copies that it independently controls.

11. Security

Game records are stored locally on the device; gameplay assets and audio are bundled with the game. It does not operate a remote gameplay endpoint. This policy page is delivered through HTTPS, and access to support correspondence is limited to the relevant purpose.

No device or communication system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and Android System WebView updated, and include only necessary information in support messages.

12. Children’s privacy

The offline game does not require players, including children, to submit personal information. It has no advertising, social messaging, account registration or analytics SDKs. Refer to the app’s Google Play age rating and audience information for the version you use.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information through support, contact thomashadai538@gmail.com to ask about or request deletion of that information. Include only enough detail to locate the records.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal information we hold, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We respond within applicable legal time limits and apply proportionate verification. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Send requests to the contact below. Device-only saves must be managed using the local controls described above. There is no data sale or targeted-advertising activity in this game to opt out of. You may raise a concern with your relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, where applicable.

14. Changes to this policy

The current policy for Lily Leap Lab is available at this URL. If the game’s information handling changes, we will revise this policy and provide any notice, disclosures, permissions or consent choices required before the new processing begins. A possible future feature does not authorize new collection under this policy.
